Our Pollution Control Process

RAF INDUSTRIE The Depollution bench

Our depollution bench enables us to depollute the inside of hoses individually.

Any particles and traces generated by the manufacturing process are removed by circulating a turbulent flow, enabling complete cleaning.

With this depollution process, we can guarantee a maximum particle size of less than 400 microns for each depolluted hose.

How the bench works :

The bench includes dialysis filtration elements and an ISO 4406/NAS 1638 particle counter which triggers the end of the cycle when the set pollution control class is reached.

The fluid used is an evanescent oil compatible with our products.

The safety data sheet is available on request.

The ramp allows 8 hoses to be cleaned at the same time, and quick-connect sockets allow hoses to be quickly connected and disconnected.

Bench data extraction :

Bench data is extracted, analysed and saved so that we can keep track of the cleanliness of our products!

Raf industrie
Laboratory

We have a fully equipped laboratory for particle analysis.

The principle:

  • The parts are cleaned with a clean fluid. The fluid is filtered on a membrane, which retains the pollution on the membrane.
  • The membrane is then analyzed.
  • Hose pollution is expressed by gravimetry (mass in mg) and granulometry (longest particle in µm).

Report:

The report verifies that the results found comply with our customers' requirements.

Rafindustrie, your hose design specialist in the Rhône-Alpes region, is equipped with quality materials to give you the best.
