RAF INDUSTRIE Our background

Rhône-Alpes Flexibles Industrie was born of the split between the company's hose manufacturing activities in the hydraulics sector (which began in 1989) and its hose manufacturing activities. These hoses are used in the following fields: Engine / Fire / Diving / SCBA / Heavy goods vehicles.

Creation

Year in which Rhône-Alpes Flexibles Industrie (Rafindustrie) is founded.
Refocusing on three sectors: Motor Environment, Diving, Fire.
Creation and marketing of a blowgun for the fire sector to develop our business.
Setting up of a laboratory to carry out particle measurements on hoses.

Development

ISO 9001 version 2015 certification obtained .
Continued business development with the integration of a new Volvo trucks cab lift market.
Closure of Montluçon (03 ) site to improve competitiveness.
Recognition as a world-class supplier. Highest distinction awarded by our customer John Deere

Our evolution

Opening of a new site at Reyrieux (01 ) tointegrate the Fire activity and increase our production capacity. Renewal of BCS 'sconfidence in our ISO 9001 certification. The same goes for our customer John Derre , who again this year recognizes us as a "PARTNER" supplier.

A positive balance

Our sales fell sharply due to the COVID crisis, but our joint efforts enabled us to present a positive balance sheet.

First of all, Rafindustrie in Rhône-Alpes has high-performance to manufacture your flexible hoses. We also have 2 production sites: one in Saint-Georges-de-Reneins and one in Reyrieux.
