All our agricultural engine hoses are assembled in our workshops in the Rhône-Alpes region of France.

We manufacture engine environment hoses for the following applications:

• cooling
• biofuel
• exhaust
• turbo lubrication.

All our hoses are manufactured according to your drawings. We can also support you in the development of your products.

RAF Industrie, a specialist in flexible hoses in the Rhône region, has manufacturing orders to define all the stages of production and the control points to be checked.
What's more, we manufacture our products from quality components supplied by our French and European partners:

• Tubes and fittings:available in steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum...
• Pipes: available in PTFE, silicone, EPDM, NBR, etc.

  Our marking machines enable us to identify each hose. Marking can be done directly on the socket or on any other part of the hose.
• Crimp dimensions
  Our experience enables us to define the most appropriate crimping dimension according to your application and the materials chosen for the pipe and tubing.
• Packaging
• Cleanliness
  Our process guarantees high-performance results.
  Our laboratory can perform extractions. We can provide you with a report including all gravimetric and granulometric analysis results.
  What's more, our flexible hoses are capped to prevent contamination during handling and transport.
• Pressure resistance
  We also ensure that all our hoses are pressure-resistant.
  Our pressure benches can carry out suitable tests. Test results are also recorded in a report.
• Orientation
  Finally, the hoses pass through our templates to validate their orientation and dimensional conformity. This guarantees compliance with all your design requirements.
